SELF DEFENSE AGAINST RATS

Rouge Agents of The State

 The police are allowed to lie to us, but we cannot lie to them.  The police are allowed to assault us, but we can’t even touch them.  The police are allowed to make ‘errors in judgment’ [even ones that cost innocent people their lives] but we aren’t allowed to make even the smallest mistake when it comes to breaking the law.  We as citizens are expected to know ALL the laws even though the cops don’t know half of them.  Yet when we as citizens cite the law in our defense, the police get angry and even violent.  So what are we to do? 

Since there is no such thing as actual justice or an even playing field, we as citizens must find a way around the traps ‘they’ set up in an effort to ensnare us.  We as citizens must bend the law in our favor in an effort to keep ourselves safe from these Rogue Agents of The State [RATS]. 

Below is a list of countermeasures that ‘we’ can use to keep the pigs from overstepping their bounds and destroying our lives for no other reason than racism and the theory of white supremacy.

Know the law:  Knowledge of the law and your rights under the constitution is the greatest weapon a law abiding citizen has against the unlawful intrusions of these rogue agents.  Citizens should familiarize themselves with the most common laws and what rights you have under these laws so you can keep yourself safe and keep these pigs at bay when they try to get over on you. 

The most important laws that ‘we’ should familiarize ourselves with are the ones concerning the most common interactions that ‘we’ have with law enforcement.  These are normally due to the unlawful, yet commonly used practice of racial profiling.  Even if you know the law, you should be aware that cops often times DON’T follow the laws they’re tasked to enforce.  You should know that when you exercise your rights the cops will see this as an insult to their authority, so be ready for them to ask if you’re a lawyer.

As a citizen, you should be aware:

·         You don’t EVER have to answer any police questions.  You have the right to remain silent whether you are arrested or not.  So if the cops have you detained [if they keep you from leaving] then it’s just like being arrested, so you should always exercise your right to remain silent, no matter what they say.

·         There is a difference between a frisk and a search.  A frisk is a pat-down of the outside of your clothing so the cops can’t dig in your pockets or manipulate the contents thereof.  If the cops ask if they can search you, just say NO!  If they want to frisk you then tell them they can pat-down the outside of your clothes but any manipulation of the contents of your pockets is an unlawful search and you should say, “I do NOT consent to a search!”

·         ALL cops [black and white] use racial profiling.  This country operates under what is known as the ‘theory of white supremacy’, this false theory is a belief that whites are superior to all other races and although white citizens commit more crimes than blacks, the police will stop, frisk, harass, arrest, and kill blacks for no other reason than their skin color.  So it is VERY important that ‘we’ find out the reason we are being ‘contacted’ by the police as soon as the encounter begins so it does not escalate on the basis of racial profiling.  So as soon as an officer makes contact with you, the first thing out of your mouth should be, “Why am I being detained?”  If the officer doesn’t tell you what law you are breaking, or if he doesn’t say why he is suspicious of you, then you should ask if you are free to go.  Don’t show your ID, don’t answer any questions, don’t consent to a search, just keep repeating your questions until he gives you a satisfactory answer.

·         ALL cops are liars.  They are allowed to lie in order to get a conviction so you should NEVER, EVER, EVER believe anything they say and use the law to try and find the real reason he is harassing you.  Ask direct questions and don’t let them double-talk instead of giving you a direct answer.

Don’t carry ID [or just hide it]:  If you are not driving, or if you know you are not going to need it then you should not carry identification.  It doesn’t hurt to have an emergency contact number and handwritten credentials in case of emergency, but if you know there is no need for you to have an ID card [license, non-drivers ID, govt. issue ID] then for purposes of an interaction with the police, it is best to leave it at home.

The police use possession of your ID as a tool to keep you detained without probable cause while they try to find a reason to take you to jail.  But if you don’t have ID on you, then you are not compelled to interact with a rogue agent who has nothing better to do than harass you.  If he asks why you don’t have an ID you should say, “Because it’s not against the law.”

If you think you will need your ID and you still want to stay safe from intrusion, you should keep it in a locked book bag or a separate compartment in your wallet.  If he asks for your name or any other information, you should say, “Why am I being detained?” and if he doesn’t have a LAWFUL reason to detain you then ask, “Am I free to go.”

Attach a suitcase lock on your bookbag:  This ensures you against a warrantless search by police and it allows you to keep your ID in a secure place for when you tell the officer that you do not have it.  If he asks why there is a lock on your bag you can either refuse to answer [as is your right under the 5^th amendment] or you can simply say that it is to deter pickpockets.  If he asks what the bag contains you can feel free to inform him that his question constitutes a search, at which time you can tell him that you do not consent to a search of your property or person.

Never [freely] surrender your personal property:  If an officer asks for your cell phone, or your keys, or your camera, or any personal property of yours, you should immediately refuse.  If he demands any items that are in your possession, you should also refuse, even if he yells or makes a show of force.  If an officer has the legal right to seize anything that belongs to you, then he can do it without fear of legal action.  But if you freely give him something that belongs to you, even if he has no right to confiscate it, then he can’t face legal action. 

It is extremely important that you never freely surrender ANYTHING that belongs to you; it is in your best interest that you make them take it from you.  If your phone is in your hand do not hand it over, make him take it.  If your camera is around your neck, don’t take it off and give it to him, make him take it.  If your gun is in it’s holster, don’t remove it, make him take it.  If your keys are in your pocket, NEVER, EVER, EVER, give them to the officer, make him take them.

If he tells you to put your phone down, do not put it on the hood of your car, or set it on the ground, but place it back in your pocket and don’t take it out even if he tells you to.  The same goes especially for your keys.  If you are pulled over and the officer asks you to step out of the car, always secure your vehicle and either hand your keys to the passenger or place them in your pocket [let the officer know you are putting your keys in your pocket and do so quickly before he has a chance to take them].

Never engage in ‘small talk’ with police: A cop is not your friend so you should never ever engage in a conversation with a uniformed [or plain clothed] officer.  A rule of thumb to follow is to remember that the job of the police is not to ‘protect and serve’ their job is to ‘enforce the law’ so if he is talking to you, no matter what he says or how he acts, he is either looking for a reason to arrest you, or he is waiting for you to incriminate yourself.

Get an APP for your phone: It is extremely important for citizens to exercise their 1^st amendment right to film the police (FTP) during their interactions with members of the public.  It is not illegal [no matter what the pigs say] and although you have the right to do it, it is not illegal to secretly record these criminals on patrol as they roam the streets seeking souls to devour[1].  The reason for a secret recording is twofold. 

1^st The officer will not be on his guard and will feel free to break the law, in an effort to convict and incarcerate ‘us’.  You will get more ammunition to use at trial if the officer doesn’t know he’s being recorded and he will feel free to lie about the law, use unreasonable deception, and unlawful and excessive force which he will lie about later. 

2^nd If he knows that you are recording him, he will try to unlawfully confiscate your property and erase it [destroy evidence]. 

There are pros and cons to secret\overt filming and it all depends on the circumstances you find yourself in, but a good rule of thumb is NOT to upload the video to the internet until they have filed their reports or arrested and charged you.  This is because you don’t want to give them the opportunity to alter their testimony or even change the charges against you after they view the video.  You want them to keep to their lies so they can be uncovered during the trial.

Check online for a list of different apps out there that enable you to record interactions with law enforcement.  It is best to download an app that sends your video to a secure online storage site to keep the pigs from destroying your evidence against them.
